All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched from our Dublin boutique.

IRELAND & NORTHERN IRELAND

  • Fully tracked delivery with anpost €15
  • Orders placed before 3pm (Monday-Friday) qualify for next day delivery. Orders placed after this will be dispatched the next working day.

CLICK & COLLECT

  • Complimentary collection from our Rathmines boutique
  • Usually ready within 1 hour
  • You’ll receive an email when your order is ready

UK, EUROPEAN & INTERNATIONAL

We offer global shipping, with rates calculated at checkout.

RETURNS

We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. For hygiene reasons, jewellery, fragrance and candles as well as our Pre Loved collections are not eligible for return or exchange. We kindly ask that these items are chosen with care.

ONLINE ORDERS

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition
  • With all tags attached

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once your return is received and approved.

Return postage costs  with tracking and full insurance are the responsibility of the customer unless an item is faulty.

IN-STORE PURCHASES

Items purchased in our Rathmines boutique may be returned within 14 days for an exchange or store credit.

PRE-LOVED ITEMS

All pre-loved pieces are final sale. These one off items are carefully inspected and described before purchase.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 2 days of receipt and we will resolve this promptly.

HOW TO RETURN

To start a return, you can contact us at grainne@beautifulsouth.ie

If your return is accepted, you will need to provide your own tracked shipping service and share the tracking number to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can also visit us in-store, we’re always happy to help.

Many of our pieces are crafted from delicate, premium fabrics. We recommend trying items on with care to ensure they remain in perfect condition.
